Update #2


I have completely overhauled the game's core systems. Instead of starting with all four weapons, you now begin with just one(The Knife). Every time the timer hits a 60-second milestone (60, 120, 180 seconds, and so on), you will be presented with three card choices to customize your run:

  • Stats: Upgrade your health or gain a progressive speed boost that increases the more you choose it.
  • Weapons: Choose one of the three remaining random guns to permanently add to your arsenal.

Once a weapon is permanently unlocked, the pool updates. For health cards, you have a random chance to heal anywhere from 25 to 100 HP. After you manage to unlock all four weapons, the weapon card slot disappears. From that point onward, the 60-second milestones will only offer two permanent card choices: the random health drop (25–100 HP) and a flat +1.5% speed increase.

The game is an endless survival experience where you chase your personal best time. To make the competition more interesting, I am adding a score system. There are four different types of zombies, each worth a different amount of points. You can now compete against your own high scores and survival times!

This will likely be one of the final updates for the project. I actually finished this version a month ago, but it was just sitting on my PC. I only remembered to upload it because I came back to look for new jams!

Once again, it has been a true pleasure participating in SoloDevGameJam#11. This jam really opened my eyes, it is the biggest competition I have joined so far. I was incredibly happy and motivated competing alongside my peers, who did an excellent job with their own submissions. Thank you for a great jam!
